If you’ve got a Virgin Money Credit Card, you can seriously score each time you take to the skies.

Virgin Atlantic has two new fantastic deals. Check it out…

1. On-line booking discounts and additional domestic points

As a Virgin Money cardholder, you now have easy access to on-line booking discounts of between 10-15% depending on the cabin and class booked.

You also receive additional domestic points.

To book a discount, you used to have to book through the global contact centre, but now you can book online and apply your Virgin Money code.

How do you take advantage of this great offer?

Firstly, the discount code for Virgin Money card holders is ZA103.

And here are the online steps where you need to enter the code.

  1. You select your destination and dates of travel,
  2. Click on ‘Show advanced options to expand it,
  3. Enter the ZA103 code into the ‘promo code’ field,
  4. Click on ‘Find my flight’
  5. The following fare displayed highlights that the ‘Event code applies’ meaning the applicable discount has been applied.

These are the routes that you can book on-line:

  • Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth to London Heathrow
  • Johannesburg via Heathrow to all our USA points - New York, Boston Washington, Atlanta, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas from April 2019
  • Johannesburg via Heathrow to Edinburgh and Aberdeen

  • *All these routes offer greater discounts in Economy and Upper Class.


    2. Second daily flight from Johannesburg to London, Heathrow.

    If you’re travelling further afield, Virgin Atlantic are now offering a second daily flight from Johannesburg to London.

    • This second daily service between Johannesburg and London Heathrow will start for flights departing on 28th October 2018
    • The route will be operated by new Boeing 787-9 aircraft
    • The new flight will add an additional 188,000 seats between Johannesburg and London Heathrow

    Here are the new times:

    The additional daily flight will depart London Heathrow at 16:45 and land into Johannesburg at 05:40 local time.

    The service will be the first Heathrow flight to land each morning, making it perfect for business travellers or those with onward connections to the rest of South Africa and greater Africa.

    The return flight will leave Johannesburg at 22:20, landing back into Heathrow at 07:30.

    The route has been timed to enable customers to easily connect onto flights with Virgin Atlantic and Delta to over 200 US destinations, including Los Angeles and San Francisco.
